1. View the product(s) you are interested in.
2. Select the item and add it to your shopping basket.
3. Choose to continue shopping or to check out.
4. You can check out by either logging into your account or as a guest.
5. Select a payment method.
6. Confirm the order.
7. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

Depending on your location different options will be shown during the check out process:

• Delivery at home
• Delivery at a pick up point
• Local delivery if you live within 10km from Deinze (BE)

We also have a private showroom in Deinze where you can pick up your order.

Europe
We are shipping from Belgium and try to ship all orders within 48h*. Depending on the shipping and delivery location, deliveries may take 2 to 10 working days. You will receive an e-mail with track & trace information if you selected at home delivery or at a pick up point. 

*Pre-order items will only be shipped once they are available.

Other countries
We're currently not shipping outside of Europe. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us: hello@laudeen.com.

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible.If no stock becomes available, the item will be removed from the website.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing your order. If you didn't receive an e-mail, please contact us at hello@laudeen.com. 

Accordion pane contenIt is possible to return your order. Submit your request in our Return Center. 

You will need your order number to proceed. We will look in to your request to determine if a refund is allowed. If your request is approved, you will be able to send your order back to us with a shipping fee of 2,99€.
